Commission Appointed to Review the Town Charter

The Wilton Charter Commission has been appointed by the Board of Selectmen to review the Town Charter.


Will the Wilton Town Charter be changed this year? Voting on November 3 will decide that question.

The Board of Selectmen voted on August 17 to put the revised Charter, as proposed by the Wilton Charter Commission, on the November 3 ballot.

The current charter of the Town of Wilton was adopted on November 3, 1992. The Wilton Charter Commission was recently appointed to review the Town's charter and make suggestions for revising it.
