First Selectman's Office

Board of Selectmen

Wilton's official legislative and administrative body in most cases is the Board of Selectmen. The Board consists of five members all of whom serve two year terms. Meetings are generally held on the first and third Mondays of the month at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. For the next scheduled meeting, see the Town calendar. The public is invited to attend these open session meetings. Current minutes and agendas are maintained at the Board of Selectmen Minutes.  An archive of minutes prior to January 7, 2008 is located at the Archived Board of Selectmen Minutes.

Video recordings of Board of Selectmen meetings may be viewed on-line.

The Selectmen are responsible for all Town government activities (except school operations). Such responsibilities include town policy making, administration management and budget accountability.

Serving on the Board of Selectmen are William F. Brennan, First Selectman; Susan Bruschi, Second Selectman; Harold Clark ; Richard F. Creeth; and Ted Hoffstatter.
