Wilton Property Appraisals 2007-2008 by Visions Technology
The Town of Wilton has contracted Vision Appraisal Technology to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. Personnel from Vision Appraisal are currently canvassing the town conducting full inspections of resident homes and businesses.
This state mandated revaluation requires full inspection of all properties in town, including interior measurements and reviews. Residents are asked to allow inspectors into their homes to help provide as accurate an assessment as possible. All personnel from Vision Appraisal will carry identification, along with a letter with the town seal. In addition, a list of the appraiser’s vehicles has been filed with the Assessor’s office, Selectman’s office and Police Department.
Anyone wishing to verify a Vision Appraisal employee can call the Assessor’s office at 563-0121 or the Police Department at 834-6260.
Update: October 4, 2007
As part of the ongoing town-wide revaluation project, the data collection personnel from Vision Appraisal Technology will be entering the last section of Town to conduct interior and exterior field inspections. This area is bounded by DeForest Road, Olmstead Hill Road and Cannon Road north to the Ridgefield and Redding Town lines.
