Minor Building Permit Process Change

Notice of Process Change for Minor Building Permit Applications
All permits involving any exterior changes/updates including but not limited to roofs, siding and window replacement requires approval from the Zoning Dept. for compliance with the Architectural Review Board’s regulations or the Village District Design Advisory Committee.
The following districts/zones would apply:
- Multi-family (DRD, THRD, CRS-10, MDADDHD)
- Business Districts (DRB, GB, DE-10 and DE-5)
- Adaptive Use
