Toni Boucher, First Selectman

Toni Boucher is serving her first 4-year term as Wilton’s First Selectman after serving the State of Connecticut and Town of Wilton as Board of Education Chairman, Selectman, State Board of Education Commissioner, State Voch-Tech Board of Education Member, Advisory Board Member of Connecticut Office of Child Advocate, State Representative Minority Leader and State Senate Chief Deputy Minority Leader. Toni has also had a business career while serving in public office. Her private sector experience includes executive leadership roles in large businesses where she developed billion-dollar budgets and led new business development and marketing initiatives. She recently retired as a director of a leading 26 billion dollar asset management company. Toni has also founded several startups and is now helping UCONN Business School grow its entrepreneurship and student run investment programs.

Toni has held series 7, 63 and 31 brokerage licenses and has a UCONN MBA. She also published a whitepaper on Ethics and The Nonprofit. Toni sits on numerous nonprofit Boards to fund new programs and research. She is a 40-year resident of Wilton, has three children and six grandchildren, some of whom attend Wilton’s public schools.

As Wilton's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, Toni’s full-time duties include the day-to-day administration of the Town and collaborating with the Board of Selectmen to develop annual budgets and long-term planning for Wilton.

The First Selectwoman's Office is open to the public and is available to answer questions and concerns Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
