Vehicle permit stickers are available in person or by mail, at no charge, at the Wilton Town Clerk’s office. There is a limit of two stickers per household. To obtain a vehicle permit sticker, complete the Transfer Station Vehicle Permit Application.
Bring completed application along with vehicle registration to the Town Clerk’s office or return the application with a copy of vehicle registration and a self addressed stamped envelope to the Town Clerk’s office. If vehicle is not registered at a Wilton address, proof of residency is required. If a vehicle with a sticker is disposed of, remove sticker and bring it to the Town Clerk’s office for a replacement. Vehicle permit stickers issued for 2016/2017 will remain valid until further notice.
Tickets are required for disposal of certain waste streams at the Transfer Station. Tickets are available as follows:
- $45 for a book of ten (10) or $4.50 per ticket;
- $35 for a book of (10) or $3.50 per ticket for Senior Citizens age 65 and older.
Tickets may be purchased in person or by mail at the Wilton Town Clerk's office and are NOT available for sale at the Transfer Station. If purchasing tickets by mail, enclose a check payable to Town of Wilton for the proper number of tickets and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
