Liza Starnino

As a trained and seasoned social worker Liza comes to us with fifteen years of experience in many facets of the broad field of social work. She earned her bachelor's degree at Syracuse University in 2003 majoring in Sociology and Policy Studies. She spent the next eight years working and growing within our society's systemic care of children and families through residential facilities, foster care, and adoption.

Her experiences within these treatment modalities provided her with invaluable hands-on experience and inspired her to obtain a master's degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in 2013.

For the past five years, Liza has continued to provide direct therapeutic support services to children and their families as a home-based clinician. She is passionate about her role as a helper, and deeply values genuine human interactions as the foundation for true collaboration, advocacy, and support.
