Armed Robbery

On November 17, 2021 at approximately 2030 hours Dispatch received a 911 call from an employee of Shell Gas located at 210 Danbury Rd reporting he had just been robbed at gunpoint.  The suspect was reported to have fled the scene on foot.  Officers responded to and secured the scene.  According to the employee a male suspect entered the store and produced a pistol, demanding money.  The suspect proceeded behind the counter where he stole a sum of money from the registers.  There were no injuries reported as a result of the crime.
